Jeff is co-founder, and the creative product and business development force behind RepScrubs®. As a 32-year corporate and venture business development executive, Jeff has a career history marked by strong leadership, accelerated revenue growth, and increased profitability. Career development includes leading roles with Bristol Myers, Storz Instruments and a 24-year management career with Stryker Corporation as Regional and National Sales Director where he was inducted into the Stryker Hall of Fame. Jeff is extremely passionate about the positive corporate culture developed at RepScrubs® and the positive impact the organization extends to both hospitals and their patients safety.

Bryan Zediker

Vice President of Sales

Bryan is an established 19-year medical device executive with proven performance in both start-ups and fortune 500 organizations. Bryan’s experience spans 7 years with Intuitive Surgical where he advanced to the position of Director of Sales leading 32 direct reports selling high-level capital equipment and disposables among 7 specialties. He was recognized with multiple Manager of the Year, Sales and team development awards.

Gaining valuable experience in the challenging environment of start-ups, Bryan spent 3 years with Neurometix, Inc. a disruptive technology breaking new ground in neuro-diagnostics. As a top national performer, Bryan quickly advanced to the position of Regional Manager with 14 independent distributors spanning the Southeast and the responsibility of training all new direct hires in the Eastern US.

Launching his professional career in healthcare with Smith & Nephew Endoscopy, Bryan was recognized with several awards for building a successful team and region in the competitive orthopedic market in South Florida.

Bryan graduated in 1996 from Florida State University with a BS in Biology, and a minor in Chemistry. He lives in Orlando, Florida with his wife, Heather, and their three children, Jacob, Laila and Emily.

Kevin Wydra

Chief Technology Officer

Kevin Wydra graduated from the University of Central Florida in 1992 with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.  After graduation, he spent the next 18 years helping build Client Profiles, a software technology leader in the legal case management field.  As co-founder and CTO of the organization, his expertise spanned all areas of the Research & Development arm of the company, ranging from software architecture, design, development and testing of the applications.  As the company grew, he was responsible for development teams in the United States, India and Russia as well as the technical relationship with Microsoft as a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner.   The company grew to over 80 employees and was ultimately purchased by a venture capital group focused on consolidating the software development companies in the legal technology space.

Kevin brings over 25 years of technology and software development experience to the company as well as the knowledge associated with buying and selling multiple companies.

Kevin currently resides in Oviedo, Florida with his wife and two children and remains actively involved with the University of Central Florida as a member of the Alumni Board of Directors, member of the UCF Foundation Technology committee, and rarely misses a UCF Football or Basketball game.
