A ScrubPort® is the point-of-sale dispensing machine that automates the RepScrubs® product line. It acts as a vending machine, giving registered vendors access to their own clean, prepackaged scrub sets. The ScrubPort® does not transfer any PCI data in its transactions.

The ScrubPort® should be located in your facility’s public, nonrestricted area. The only location requirement is access to a power supply.

Our U.S.-based customer service is available 24 hours a day. RepScrubs® provides trained technicians.

The ScrubPort® requires a 110-volt power outlet. It works using cellular modem technology. An IT interface isn’t required.

Step 1: Confirm Vendor Access Requirements

We help organizations review the current vendor access process for perioperative environments to optimize compliance assurance and visibility. RepScrubs provides signage, notifications, communication templates and personnel to ensure an efficient transition for your staff and vendors.

Step 2: Place the ScrubPort® Machine

We place our cashless ScrubPort® machine inside your hospital, usually near your current vendor credentialing station or along the path to your perioperative department. Compliance is only one step away.

Step 3: Create RepScrubs® Usage Reports

We set up automated traffic reports to assist hospital administrators in managing their vendors and identifying noncompliant visits. Email alerts are sent immediately to any vendor out of compliance. Usage reports can be provided daily, weekly or monthly and are easily managed through our website. RepScrubs® also provides hospital administrators with monthly visit reports. This allows users to easily view frequent visitors, what companies are represented, and which days are the busiest for vendor traffic.
