This is the Privacy Policy of Prescient Logistics LLC, d/b/a RepScrubs, and REPSCRUBS.COM® LLC., both Florida based Companies referred to in this Privacy Policy collectively as “Company”. This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect from our RepScrubs website at https://www.repscrubs.com, our RepScrubs vendor registration process, our mobile apps, recipients of our emails, or when you otherwise interact with us. It describes the data that we collect about you, and how we use, share and protect it.

NOTICE TO REGISTRANT.

The registered vendor participant of the RepScrubs program; referred to as (“Registrant”) acknowledges REPSCRUBS.COM® as the (“Website”) and all its information as (“Content”). The point-of-sale vending system identified below as a (“SCRUBPORT®”) which is loaded with pre-packaged disposable surgical scrub sets, referred to as (“REPSCRUBS®”), along with coveralls and lab coats, each pre-packaged and labeled in plastic packaging by the Company. The Registrant further acknowledges they have executed a registration and agreement with the Company to purchase, use, and wear REPSCRUBS® in all participating hospitals and medical centers in accordance with applicable hospital/health system policies, and accepts the following conditions set forth in this Privacy Policy referred to as (“Agreement”) by both (“Company”) and (“Registrant”).

The Company’s Website is an online service that allows sales reps/vendors employed by hospital approved medical sales and service companies to register for a private account with a deposited credit balance used to purchase approved attire from our SCRUBPORT® located in participating hospitals and medical centers. The Registrant is established through proper account registration on the Company Website. The registration process requires vendor profile and contact information typically found on a business card, establishing a private PIN, and password, along with an active credit card or Apply Pay/Google Pay to maintain a positive account balance. Once registered, The Registrant may purchase REPSCRUBS® which are required to enter operating rooms, noninvasive procedure rooms, and sterile processing areas where street clothes are otherwise restricted. The Registrant accesses the SCRUBPORT® in a designated area within participating hospitals and medical centers by logging onto our SCRUBPORT® with their unique Registrant private PIN and password or using the REPSCRUBS® iOS/Android mobile app. No one from the Company will ever ask for a Registrant’s private PIN number.

REPSCRUBS® Registrants may gain department access only after permission has been obtained from the hospital administration, which may also require patient/physician consent. All hospital policies and protocols must be adhered to. Hospital administration can access the Registrant’s profile, containing information provided by the Registrant during registration, except the Registrant’s PIN and credit card information. Hospital administration is given access to the Registrant profile and SCRUBPORT® transaction data to monitor individual Registrant access and service activity within their own facility or health system. Hospital administration only has access to the Registrant’s transaction data from those Registrants who have accessed their facility’s onsite SCRUBPORT®. The Registrant does not have access to other Registrant’s profiles or transaction activity unless requested in writing to the Company by the disclosing Registrant. INFORMATION COLLECTION AND ITS USE.

During the REPSCRUBS® registration process, Registrants submit their full name, payment method billing address, email address, cell number, company name and division, and create a password. The personal email address and cell number allow the hospital administration to communicate with the Registrant based on the current information provided. All Registrants can change their profile information at any time.

At registration, the Registrant will consent to having their Registrant data accessed by Company employees, the Registrant’s employer identified during registration, hospital and health system administrators, and the Company affiliates and partners who require access to the Registrant’s profile data to enhance REPSCRUBS services and practices. No account information such as Passwords, PIN number, or credit card information will be shared. No information will be collected during registration and will be disclosed to other Registrants.

USE OF COOKIES.

The Company’s Website uses cookies to store the preferences and records the information sessions of Registrants to the Website for purposes of ensuring that Registrants are recognized at log in. We do not link the information we store in cookies to any Registrant’s personal information that is submitted while on the Company Website. The Registrant may be able to configure browsers to accept or reject all or some cookies, notify when a cookie is set, or periodically clear cookies. Cookies must be enabled from the Company Website to use some functions on the Website.

LINKS

The Company Website may contain links to other websites. The Company is not responsible for the privacy policy and the terms and conditions on those Websites. When linking to another website, the Registrant should read the privacy policy and the terms and conditions stated on that website. The Company’s Privacy Policy only governs information collected on the Company Website. Please be aware that, whenever you voluntarily post personal information to your Registrant profile your information should be accurate and can be accessed by the hospital administration as stated above.

CORRECTING, UPDATING, AND REMOVING INFORMATION.

The Registrant may modify their personal information. Names, Email addresses, cell numbers, payment method, billing address, employer and division, and credit card information, may all be modified by logging onto the account and accessing Menu Settings.

SECURITY.

The Registrant’s accounts are secured by a unique email address and password created by Registrants at registration. Registrants will be assigned a unique Registrant ID Number along with a temporary Personal Identification Number (PIN). Registrants will then be asked via email to change their temporary (PIN) to a private (PIN) of the Registrants choosing. Registrants may choose to use their Registrant ID Number and PIN on the SCRUBPORT® or use their registered email ID and password on the RepScrubs mobile app for user authentication. The Company takes reasonable precautions to ensure that the Registrant’s account information is kept private. The Company Website is secured with 256-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption. The Website is also Domain Control Verified. Regarding credit card processing, we proudly utilize Heartland Secure and are certified by Heartland Payment Systems LLC, which is a secure credit card processing company which combines three powerful technologies utilizing: (a) EMV chip card technology to authenticate a consumer’s card; (b) Heartland’s end-to-end encryption technology, which immediately encrypts credit and debit card data as it is captured; and (c) Tokenization technology, which replaces card data with “tokens” and removes the credit card information from the equation, keeping it hidden from thieves. Please note that the Company cannot always guarantee the security of the Registrant’s account information. Unauthorized entry or use, hardware or software failure, and other factors may compromise the security of the Registrant’s information at any time. SHARING AND DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION COLLECTED.

Except as otherwise described in this privacy statement, the Company will not disclose the Registrant’s profile information to any third party unless we believe that disclosure is necessary:

  • Interaction with the Company and Relevant Parties: We may disclose the Registrant’s information to facilitate interactions between you, the Company, and your disclosed employer.
  • Healthcare System Support: The Company may share information with hospital and healthcare system administrators to support necessary documentation processes.
  • Affiliates and Partners: The Company may provide access to your profile data to the Company’s affiliates and partnered Vendor Credentialing Organizations (VCO’s) to enhance the Company’s services and practices.
  • Legal Requirements: The Company may disclose the Registrant’s information to comply with legal obligations, such as responding to a subpoena, search warrant, or other legal process.
  • Protection of Rights: The Company may share information to enforce our Terms and Conditions or to protect the Company’s rights.
  • Public Safety: The Company may disclose information to protect the safety of the public and our service users.

If the Company believes it is necessary to disclose a Registrant’s personal information, then the Company will notify that Registrant of its intent to disclose the information when feasible. Notification will be made using information the Registrant provided on the Company website. The Company reserves the right to transfer personal information to a successor in interest that acquires rights to that information because of the sale of the Company substantially all its assets to that successor in interest. The Company will notify Registrants who provided personal information to the Company of any acquisition.

CHANGES IN OUR PRIVACY POLICY.

The Company may update this privacy policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised policy on the Company website to keep the Registrant informed of any changes. The Registrant will always know what information the Company collects, how the Company uses it, and under what circumstances the Company may disclose it. By continuing to access or use the Company website after changes have been posted, the Registrant agrees to the updated policy.

If the Company plans to use the Registrant’s personal information in a way that is significantly different from what was stated when the Company collected it, the Company will prominently post a notice on the Company website 30 days before the change takes effect. This way, the Registrant can review the changes and make informed decisions about your continued use of the Company’s services.
